Adult Peak Performance is a Semi-private training model developed to get adults moving like they once were to live the life they have always hoped for. Throwing, running, skipping, and jumping were once things that kept us young, healthy, and prompted to much fun.

With our Adult Peak Performance training sessions you will be focused on building strength, mobility / flexibility, as well as cardiovascular endurance. Each adult begins their experience with an in-person assessment that allows us to understand more of your strengths and weaknesses to then guide us in developing a program that is just right for you and your needs.
