Whether looking to grow your stick skills or become the speed demon you deserve to be, our 1-on-1 private training platform begins with you in mind. We begin with our client intake form and initial in-person assessment to help us understand your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and where we need to begin when it comes to maximizing your potential. We then use recurring 8 week training block windows to foster the necessary environment for adaptations and development both physically and mentally.

There is no other route to outshine your competition and secure your dreams than to work when no one else feels like it and have the coaching / mentorship to keep you sharp both mentally and physically.
In this In-season training & mentorship program you will have coaches undivided attention for the next 10 weeks to keep you on top of your game. Your speed, strength, mobility, and recovery will be our primary focuses physically but to add to that, we will be providing weekly skill development, scouting reports and mentorship as well as watching film to give you key points to develop each week.
